Biography

Rock Jacobs is one of Los Angeles most influential directors of this age. Having directed video for the likes of Snoop Dogg, Wale, Iyaz and J Cole, he is fast becoming one of LA's most sought after film maker. Entering the industry in 2003, he has already made a name for himself as controversial, cool and 'fresh'; with all of his videos totalling over a hundred million views on YouTube. Other than music videos, Rock Jacobs also dabbles in directing commercials and films in his spare time, having won awards for his short film An Internal Affairs in both Boston and New Mexico film festivals. Inspired by art, places he has travelled and everyday life, Rock Jacobs had a well-rounded and completely original view of the music industry which shows in his videos as each one has its very own style, and we at New Treatment are delighted to have him on board.
