Each unit has its own bathroom and toilet, individual locked door and plenty of power sockets. There is communal wireless internet in the building as well as a two separate kitchens for communal use.

There is a resident production company with a busy music video and viral business and we have camera equipment, lighting equipment and an editing suite with a full-time editor on site.

We are looking for any media businesses that could do with an office and we are particularly keen on composers, sound designers, actors and Special Effects professionals.
